Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ride Mitra is a digital service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

1. Delivery of your plan

• After a successful payment, in the app or on ridemitra.online, your plan is activated on your Ride Mitra account automatically, usually within a few seconds and always within 2 hours.
• The plan is available wherever you log in with the same account: in the app under Plans and on the website under My account.
• A payment receipt is sent by the payment gateway to the email or phone number entered at checkout.

2. Delivery of the app

The Ride Mitra app is delivered by download from our download page. Downloading the app is free.

3. Not received?

If your plan is not active within 2 hours of a successful payment, contact us at ridemitra.help@gmail.com or on Telegram @ridemitra with your payment ID. If we cannot activate it, you get a full refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
