Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment. When your days end, the plan simply stops. Buy again only if you want to.
What if I buy a plan while my current one is still running?
The new days are added after your current plan ends, so you never lose a day.
Money was deducted but my plan isn't active. What now?
This is rare and usually fixes itself within a few minutes. If it doesn't, write to ridemitra.help@gmail.com or Telegram @ridemitra with your payment ID. We'll activate the plan or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
Can I use one plan on two phones?
A plan belongs to one account, for one captain. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
