Please include the email you log in with and the payment or transaction ID from your receipt. It lets us find your payment in seconds.

App not accepting rides?

Check that Accessibility is on for Ride Mitra, the big power button is green, and your plan is active. Then message us on Telegram with a screenshot of the Home screen.

Want to delete your account?

Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and its data within 7 days.
