Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear rules, no fine print. If something goes wrong with a payment, we make it right.

Ride Mitra plans are prepaid digital access passes (1, 7, 15 or 30 days), bought in the app or on ridemitra.online. This policy explains when you can cancel and when you get your money back.
1. Cancellation
- Plans do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your plan simply ends after the days you bought.
- If you started a payment but did not complete it, no money is taken and nothing needs to be cancelled.
2. When you get a full refund
- Money deducted but plan not activated: if your payment succeeded but your plan did not start, write to us within 7 days. We will either activate the plan or refund the full amount.
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, the extra payment is refunded in full.
- App doesn't work on your phone: if Ride Mitra cannot run on your phone and our support team cannot fix it, ask within 48 hours of payment and we will refund the full amount.
3. When refunds are not given
Because access starts immediately, a plan that has been activated and used is not refundable for change of mind, unused days, or Rapido changing its app or rules. In those cases we may, at our discretion, extend your plan instead.
4. How to request a refund
Email ridemitra.help@gmail.com or message us on Telegram @ridemitra with your login email and the payment or transaction ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account or wallet). Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
